Shell Yeah Rope Necklace

A road trip along the coast was the inspiration behind this necklace.

I love how the earthy palette and textures came together here, dusty blues and copper tones from the Greek raku donut beads alongside the green, fern-like inclusions in the faceted moss agate rondelles. I added fine silver-plated pewter findings and spindle shell focal to pull it a bit cooler without taking away from that balance. The limited-edition pendant was modeled after an actual shell, pretty cool, right?

The cord has that nautical rope look but it’s really soft, so it sits comfortably and doesn’t feel stiff or bulky.

It’s an easy piece to throw on, but it doesn’t feel basic.

Measures 22” with about a 3 ¼” drop and weighs 28g.
